The youngest daughter of American music legend Glen Campbell, Ashley Campbell is following in her famous father’s footsteps.
Songwriter. Singer. Banjo player. Ashley Campbell juggles all three roles, armed with the ability not only to dream up a modern country song, but to deliver it, too.
Already known for her work alongside her father, country legend Glen Campbell — who, during his final years as a touring musician, leaned heavily on his youngest daughter as a banjo player, keyboardist and harmony vocalist — Ashley is now stepping out on her own.
An accomplished musician, singer and songwriter, she released her debut single “Remembering” in 2015. The song previously appeared on the soundtrack of the 2015 documentary “Glen Campbell: I’ll be Me” and is about her father and his struggles with Alzheimers disease. The compilation went on to win a Grammy and was nominated for an Oscar.
Her music is a mix of her wide-ranging influences, combining the old-school country sound popularised by her father during the '60s and '70s with contemporary Americana, rootsy folk and country-pop. Glen Campbell's longtime fans may hear something familiar in Ashley's melodies as she embraces these similarities while distinguishing herself as a talented front-woman.
Ashley will be joined by Thor Jensen, an accomplished Americana musician playing music with Quiet Life, and opening for the likes of The Head & The Heat, Shovels & Rope, then joining the Stephane Wrembel Band playing the music of Django Reinhardt and touring all over the world.
“Together they make a one of a kind blend!”
(Maverick Country)

Currently living in Nashville, Thor has recently joined forces with Ashley, to form a unique meeting of musical genres. With Ashley coming from the world of Country & Bluegrass, and Thor having a diverse background from rock to gypsy jazz, they create a fresh sound as a duo.
