If you bought physical tickets from a particular shop, you will be able to go back to that shop and get your refund. If you bought tickets at one of our shows then of course please just e-mail us if you’d like a refund.
If you’d like to support us by not claiming a refund then that would be awesome as it looks like we will have lost 3 months worth of shows and any non claimed refund will go towards paying out the monies we have lost in posters, flyers, deposits etc.
Thank you all so much,

Hannah – “An hour and a half dedicated to another majestic display of Hannah’s awe-inspiring music – a reminder why Hannah resonates so highly with many UK fans bound by a love of Southern-flavoured Americana music where Country melts into the fertile world of rock and blues!” (Three Chords & The Truth)
Goat Ropers – “With just two old guitars, an upright bass and a bucket full of aching harmony, The Goat Roper Rodeo Band are out there preaching ‘country blues’, like you’ve never heard!”
Wow!! How exciting is this?!! A double bill from Square Roots favourites, the scintillating Goat Roper Rodeo Band PLUS the powerhouse songwriting talent of Alabama songstress Hannah Aldridge! We literally cannot wait for this one!!
Dubbed “Queen Of Southern Gothic”, sexy, sassy and seriously talented, with songs that linger on the dark side of swampy Americana the daughter of Alabama and Nashville Hall Of Fame writer Walt Aldridge, and with two album releases under her belt, Hannah is rapidly carving out her own career and devoted fanbase throughout Europe and her homeland USA.
“Cool, powerful presence…can fill a hall with her own electricity!” (Daily Record)
Hannah is the daughter of Muscle Shoals legend Walt Aldridge – a prolific and decorated songwriter of countless Number One and Top Ten hits recorded by the likes of Lou Reed, Reba McEntire, Travis Tritt, Earl Thomas Conley, Ronnie Mislap and Conway Twitty.
In literature and in songwriting, the American South is where writers go and face their fears. Hannah Aldridge doesn’t just dip her pen into the well of the South, the Muscle Shoals native embodies it! With every song, she’s facing down demons of a life once lived from substance abuse to failed relationships and scars from the lashes of the bible belt.
“Unquestionably one of the best Americana albums of the year!” (Folk Radio UK)
Mixing her personal life and the sounds of her hometown, Hannah makes a fresh kind of Southern Rock styled by Southern Gothic storytelling – with hard, sweet lyrics about whisky, men, demonic possession and the passing of time.
As Hannah says of herself: “I was born in a crossfire. It starts from day one!”

The Goat Roper Rodeo Band
“The Goat Ropers are the real deal! I was blown away when I first saw them play and heard them harmonise, I wanted desperately to join in. If there’s any justice in this crazy world, they’ll soon be a household name and we’ll all be keeping it country with them” (Romeo Stodart- The Magic Numbers).
With an awe inspiring ‘live show’ that’s guaranteed to raise the roof, swinging from the most tender heartfelt paean to the blues, to the highest full throttle, barn storming, juke joint boogie stompers, theirs is a show that’s wowing audiences across the land.
It’s up, it’s down, it’s soft and loud, it’s dark and lonesome too. There’s hurt and shame, and some mean old pain, but there’s love in what they do! There’s a hint of Gram, a sniff of Dylan and a twist of Waylon’s blues – simply put, it’s exactly what it says on the tin!
The Goat Ropers are: Tom (Double Bass / Vocals), Jim (Lead Guitar / Vocals) and Sam (Rhythm Guitar / Vocals). They look great, sound great and they’ve got a bunch of absolutely brilliant songs … and that’s the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth…amen!!
“In my opinion, the Goat Roper Rodeo Band are the most exciting live band on the UK Americana scene at the moment!” (Ken Brown, SRP)
